Product Description
Jyoti Ceramic's Sintering Bowls for rapid sintering of ceramic components and dental restoratives offer outstanding Thermal Shock Resistance. The Saggars are comprised of a special proprietary formulation containing Aluminium Oxide and Silicon Dioxide which produce a thermally superior material: Mullite. This material coupled with high porosity of the bowls means that it is highly resistant to changes in temperatures and can be used for rapid sintering of ceramic articles. Moreover, the sintering bowls exhibit very low thermal expansion due to large grains in the Ceramic Matrix. JCIPL Sintering Bowls are compatible with various furnaces and are a perfect combination with Duralox 997 Sintering beads for worry-free sintering of Zirconia crowns and coping.
